Sportswear Retailers

Overview

Finish Line (now part of JD Sports) is a major sneaker retailer that carries Nike, Jordan, Adidas, and New Balance releases. They use a queue-based system for hype drops, similar to the Footsites. Finish Line tends to have solid stock levels and less bot competition than Foot Locker on some releases, making it a good secondary target. They have added reCAPTCHA v3 on popular releases, but it is not always active. Order cancellation is strict, so do not over-order expecting to cancel extras.

Basic Information

Drop Time

10AM ET for Nike and Jordan drops. Occasional Adidas releases at 7AM ET. Check the Finish Line release calendar and your cook group for exact times and SKUs.

Keywords

Product SKU, model number, or direct product links. Style codes are the most reliable (e.g., DD1391-100). Finish Line product URLs also contain the SKU which makes linking tasks straightforward.

Recaptcha

reCAPTCHA v3 is used on high-heat releases but not always active on general drops. When active, it scores your session in the background. Clean browser sessions with good IP reputation help you pass without triggering a challenge. Your bot should support reCAPTCHA v3 solving.

Multiples

Strictly limited. Finish Line aggressively cancels duplicate orders. Even with jigged info, expect no more than 2-3 pairs to ship per release. They cross-reference billing info, shipping addresses, and payment methods.

Recommended Bots

  • Valor AIO
  • CyberSole
  • HayhaBots
  • NikeShoeBot
  • MEKAIO
  • Trickle Bot

Valor AIO and CyberSole have dedicated Finish Line modules. HayhaBots also supports Finish Line well. Bot performance on Finish Line has improved as more developers have added support. Keep checking for bot updates since Finish Line changes their checkout flow periodically. Grab bots from Bot Mart or Botbroker.

Proxies

Preferred: DC proxies for speed on queue drops (Scarlet, Oculus, Leaf DC)

Alternative: ISP or static residential proxies as a backup

DC proxies are preferred because speed helps even in queue-based releases. Faster checkouts reduce the risk of payment declines or stock running out while you are processing. However, many DC subnets are blocked on Finish Line, so use providers with clean IP pools. Static residential proxies are a reliable fallback if your DC IPs are getting flagged.

Botting Setup

Start Time

1-5 minutes before the drop. Get your tasks queued up and ready before the release goes live.

Delays

3000-5000ms. Finish Line uses a queue system so aggressive delays do not help and can get your sessions flagged.

Task to Profile Ratio

2-3 tasks per profile. Spread tasks across profiles to maximize checkout attempts without triggering duplicate detection.

Desktop to Mobile Ratio

50:50. Both desktop and mobile perform similarly on Finish Line. Some botters have reported slight mobile advantages but it is not consistent.

Profile Setup

Name

Use real names. You can use the same name across a few profiles since Finish Line checks the full address + payment combo more than names alone.

Email

Use different emails for each profile. Catch-all domains work great. Unique email addresses are better than domain aliases.

Address

Use real deliverable addresses. Jig with apartment or unit numbers to differentiate profiles. Finish Line does verify addresses during the shipping process.

Phone

Use random phone numbers with your area code. Finish Line does not verify phone numbers. Just make sure the format is valid.

Card

Different cards per profile is safest. Finish Line cancels orders that share cards. Virtual card numbers from Privacy.com or your bank help here. At minimum, use 1 unique card per 2 profiles.

Cancel Information

Finish Line has strict cancellation enforcement. They proactively cancel orders that look like bot activity. Even with properly jigged profiles, expect a maximum of 2-3 pairs to ship per release. Do not count on being able to cancel orders manually, as the cancellation window is extremely short. Once an order is confirmed, it usually ships or gets cancelled by Finish Line automatically.
